The Ice Slayer Clan [ISC] is actively recruiting. We are an established Guild that focuses on PvE with a tiny dash of PvP. Once part of top Kurzick Alliances, including HzH, [ISC] is now settled into one of the TOP town owning Luxon alliances. The Guild and alliance are very active players in the game. Based around a mature core of players, [ISC] features our own high quality VENT server, web-based forum, a full (and sometimes changing) Guild Hall, the ever cool Guild Cape (also, something we change now and then), Elite areas and dungeons (such as team Vanquishing, MQSC, FOW, UW, The Deep, and Urgoz), Z-elite, Zaishen missions, AB, JQ, GW Holiday event participation, Titles, The Traveler, faction farming, material farming, and anything new or challenging. We don’t restrict ourselves to canned builds, meta teams or the same old thing. Most players have been to every corner of every campaign. If you don’t see us doing it, then get involved and see where it leads. The Guild and Alliance are active, and although we are primarily Eastern US Time Zone oriented, have members in the UK and Europe. [ISC] can offer a “safe haven” for mature members that want to play the game. We may look like a faction farming guild right now, maxing our Luxon Titles, but indeed we are a PvE Guild at heart! And it could be way too early, but there is always the prospect of rolling over into GW2 as a seasoned group that knows each other…..familiar faces in a whole new world to explore!

The Clan is generally spontaneous, prone to try odd things, but at times may schedule events via the Guild status message or web-based forum. There is no fixed or rigid schedule of events, but you only get out as much as you put in. Be active, participate, and stay flexible. Need a run, mission help or want to try something new? Bring it up, make suggestions, but be prepared to have patience if no one else is interested at that time or on that day. We are currently recruiting mature active fun players that can actually relax and play creatively. In short, come join the fun! [ISC] prefers those that can and do use VENT, contribute regularly to the Guild factions (an unpleasant side effect of being in a town owning alliance, but if you spend a little time to donate then it beats having to have hardcore requirements and it does benefit everyone – there is the discount merchant in the Town!), are versatile and easy going. You need to play well with others, because we do a lot of that. We aren’t prudes or snobs, just expect a certain level of maturity. This means no drama of any kind, trolling, spamming, flaming, improper language, harassment, or disruptive or disrespectful behavior. Nuf said.
